Job Description
We are a Moving company here in Oahu and we are seeking a reliable, organized Office Assistant to join our company.
In this position, you will assist in daily operations and clerical tasks.
You should possess highly-developed multitasking and organizational abilities, be experienced and proficient in the everyday use of all Microsoft Office Suite products, be computer-literate, be able to effectively prioritize assignments, and complete them in a timely manner.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and customer service focus are a must have.
Office staff Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Collaborate with management to complete necessary projects, work independently on prior delegated tasks
• Monitor and use office equipment and materials (computers, printers, copier/scanner/fax machines, physical files, etc.
)
• Answer phones, direct calls, answer emails, take and deliver messages as needed
• Keep required spreadsheets updated.
Experience and Qualifications
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience working with computers and typical office software such as Email, Word, Excel, and internet browsers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally with individuals at all levels, internally and externally.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to resolve problems independently and responsibility.
• Previous experience preferred, will train.
