First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an experienced, customer-focused Private Banking Service Consultant to join our Private Banking Team at the Main Branch in Downtown Honolulu.
As a Private Banking Service Consultant, you will work closely with the Private Banking Officers to provide exceptional customer service, sales, and operational assistance for high-net-worth clients.
You will assist with general administrative support and overall coordination and maintenance of banking relationships to these customers.

*Compensation:*
The hourly salary range for this role is $20-$32.
07/hour; commensurate with experience.
_The Private Banking Service Consultant level and pay is at the discretion of the Manager and will be discussed at the time of the offer.
_*Required Qualifications:*
*Private Banking Service Consultant I*
* High School Diploma or equivalent experience in customer service.
* Minimum 1 year in operations, customer service, and sales experience in banking.

*Private Banking Service Consultant II*
* Associate degree or equivalent experience in customer service.
* Minimum of 2 years’ combined operations, customer service, customer loans, and sales experience in banking.
* Personal Alignment with our Core values of Collaboration, Character, and Caring.
*Private Banking Service Consultant III*
* Associate degree or equivalent experience in customer service.
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in combined operations, customer service, consumer loan and sales experience.
* 2 years’ loan documentation experience required.
