Looking for a part time bookkeeper, admin assistant to help with the onboarding of new employees, payroll, invoicing, bookkeeping, AR/AP for a growing construction company.
It is a part time position for now but may grow into a full-time position in the future.
Must know union payroll, funds, fringes, QuickBooks, invoicing, and job cost reports.
Days can be determined but will require 2 days a week in the office.
Looking for motivated, self-starters interested in helping grow a new company.
