Established Certified Public Accounting Office is currently seeking a Full-Time Office Manager.
Our office is located within walking distance from Ala Moana Shopping Center.
Looking to start ASAP.
Monday - Friday position with excellent benefits including vacation, medical/dental and profit sharing plan.
Salary to commensurate with experience.
Duties:
-Assists in clerical duties, including answering/directing incoming calls, mail and correspondence, photocopying, faxing and filing, scheduling tax appointments.
-Process payroll, monthly G-45, TDI
-Process and assemble individual, business and trust tax returns.
-Ordering office supplies, managing office inventory.
-Prepping tax charts, organizers, checking in client data.
Requirements:
-Minimum of high school diploma
-Minimum 2 years office administrative experience.
-Professional telephone and customer service skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
)
-Ideal candidate must possess a high regard for maintaining discretion in sensitive and confidential matters.
-Strong organization skills, ability to multi-task, and attention to detail is a must.
-Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
-Previous experience working in an Accounting/CPA firm HIGHLY desirable but not required.
