All food is served at the table and nothing is ordered from the truck.
We currently are selling about $14,000 a month in food.
2️⃣ Menu Collaboration: While we prefer that you stick with our current menu, we are open to suggestions that guarantee success for both businesses.

3️⃣ Flexibility and Expansion: On top of providing scrumptious meals during our business hours, which are Tuesday through Thursday from 3:30pm to 10pm, Fridays from 3pm to 11pm, Saturdays from 12pm to 11pm, and Sundays from 12pm to 9pm.
Food service stops 30 min before closing.
You will have the option to take the food truck off premises for other events and locations, further expanding your reach.
4️⃣ The Truck: 36" flat top, 2 deep fryers, 24" - 4 burner stove w/oven, 24" x 68" Tall Refrigerator, 48" Undercounter Freezer, Table Top Cooler, Handwashing Sink, Prep Table and Storage Cabinets.
5️⃣ Secure Parking and Storage: We have gated parking with security and electricity for the truck to be parked overnight.
We also have cold storage and electricity while parked and servicing the brewery patrons.
6️⃣ Certified Kitchen: All food trucks need to be tied to a certified kitchen.
