Solid car, needs brakes and rotors. Safety and reg 1 year expir - $2,000 (Hawaii Kai)

Mechanic special! Just needs brakes and rotors! Engine is solid car runs great.
Needs safety and registration it’s a year out of date.
The only reason is the rear window tint is darker than allowed.
2012 Kia Optima fully loaded, leather, cold ac and great gas mileage 35 mpg.
Regular oil changes and maintenance as I used the car for work.
The bad It needs brakes and rotors.
It grinds when you brake.
Also needs oil change, new wiper blades and cleaned.
I traveled w my dog most places and the back seat is darker than the front from her travels.
It has some dings and scratches.
It’s not perfect.
It also needs freon.
Has some minor dings and scratches.
The good Clean title, the engine is solid and car runs great.
I just bought a new car after 8 years owning this.
This car was also part of a national recall and had a brand new engine dropped in it by Kia less than 4 years ago.
I can get Kia to send paperwork for that if you wish.
So the od reads 170 when really is about 80k on it.
