2012 VW CC LUX ONLY 75K MILES GREAT CONDITION - $8,800 (Honolulu)

Selling my 2012 VW CC LUX With only 75k miles.
The car is in excellent mechanical condition.
Nothing at all wrong with it, no maintenance lights on and every single thing works as it should.
Recent maintenance as follows; *Brand new front and rear brakes.
*Transmission flush and filter changed.
*Transmission mechantronic unit rebuilt.
*Oil and oil filter changed.
(Less than a month ago) *Window washer pump motor replaced *The tires on the car have around 90 percent life left on them.
There are a few cheaper cc's on here but the majority have issues and have over a 100k on them.
Never been in an accident.
Clean carfax on hand and in the pictures.
The interior is a 9 out of 10 (no rips or tares anywhere) Exterior is a 7 out of 10 (one or two dings here and there all seen in the pictures but not at all major or too noticeable).
All paperwork is current, and I have a clean title in my name on hand.
