Our second location, which is now open inside the Wayfinder Waikiki, will bring our passion for poke, local dishes and signature cocktails to one of the most historic and iconic neighborhoods in Honolulu.
Responsibilities of *Dishwashers* include but are not limited to:
* Wash, rinse, clean and sanitize cookware and equipment.
* Operate an industrial dishwasher, washing dishes and glassware by hand when necessary.
* Unload dishes, silverware and glassware promptly and store them in the appropriate places
* Carry out basic cleaning tasks around the premises, including emptying trash cans, cleaning drink machines, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning any spills and broken glass immediately
* Keep the production and storage areas neat, clean and organized
* Observe and enforce company standard operating procedures
* Ensure all safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
* Report any serious incidents to upper management, such as machine failure or broken facilities
* Provide excellent customer service
*Qualifications:*
* High school education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Previous kitchen and/or restaurant experience preferred but not required.
* Must have the ability to work and communicate well with others, work both independently and in a team, follow directions, as well as maintain a positive attitude toward the work and company.
* Must maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance, observe company dress code, and support the company culture, values, goals and mission.
* Must be able to frequently lift 30 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
* Must comply with all company policies and requirements
* Must possess valid TB Clearance.
