Team Member of Poke Bowl restaurant

Poke shop in Waikiki.
We are looking for members to join our team! AS A COOK, you serve a key role consistently providing quality food while maintaining a safe, sanitary and organized workspace.
Make and serve customized pokes to customers, cashier, cleaning, multitasker.
Prep topping containers in lines.
Qualifications * You have basic knowledge of food/restaurant service skills * Basic culinary knowledge, skills, and techniques.
* Basic knife skills.
* Experienced working at sushi or poke restaurants plus.
* Able to communicate effectively with all team members.
* Customer service oriented.
* You have strong communications skills and is able to communicate operational information * Willingness to perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the business Job Responsibilities * Maintain 100% quality food production at all times.
* Meeting timing of food items as required by guest/supervisor.
* Proper communication with supervisors and co-workers.
* Maintain, organize and rotate inventory.
* Timely and complete set up of culinary equipment.
* Maintain clean and safe working area including refrigeration.
* Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
* Maintain and project a positive attitude.
* Perform all other duties as assigned.
