Night shift: 4pm - 9pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday Part Time: 3-5 days a week Hour pay: $17 - $20 ($17-$20 and hour includes tips with hourly wage) Key Responsibilities Timely Service: Work efficiently to ensure that all dishes are prepared and delivered to customers in a timely manner, especially during busy shifts.
Collaborative Teamwork: Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Communicate effectively with colleagues to maintain a well-coordinated and productive kitchen.
Quality Control: Ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen meet the restaurant's quality standards.
Report any issues with food quality to the kitchen manager.
Adaptability: Be flexible and willing to take on various Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize customer satisfaction by accommodating special requests and dietary restrictions and ensuring that all dishes leaving the kitchen meet customers' expectations.
Maintain Clean and Sanitary Work Area:Adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards in the work area, including proper sanitation, storage, and handling of ingredients.
Keep the poke station and surrounding areas clean and organized.
Follow Recipes and Guidelines: Adhere to established recipes and cooking procedures to maintain consistency in taste and quality.
Ensure that all menu items are prepared according to the restaurant's standards.
Stock Management: Keep track of ingredient inventory and notify the kitchen manager when supplies need to be replenished.
Assist in the ordering and receiving of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
