La Vie in Waikiki is seeking a Line Cook to join our team's dinner service.
We ask that our staff take initiative, act with integrity, and work together to uphold and build upon our standards.
* 1+ years of experience in a kitchen environment.
* Must have basic knife skills.
* Knowledge of basic sanitation and safety policies and procedures regarding food handling.
* Ability to perform physical work that requires continuous standing, walking, and lifting 50 lbs.
* Ability to follow basic written and verbal instructions.
Be able to communicate clearly with managers, and kitchen staff.
* Prepare food items, ensuring consistency and compliance with the Chef's standards.
* Ability to relate to a diverse range of people with patience and understanding.
* Knowledge and understanding of maintenance and equipment/space cleaning requirements.

We are a French-inspired restaurant open Monday - Saturday, closed on Sunday.
Our service style includes table-side touches, multi-course curated experiences, and beverage pairings.
