Quiroa is seeking a Lunch Cook!
We ask that our staff take initiative, act with integrity, and work together to uphold and build upon our standards.
These positions are full-time and can include production shifts.
* 2+ years of experience in a kitchen environment.
* Must have basic knife skills.
* Knowledge of basic sanitation and safety policies and procedures regarding food handling.
* Ability to perform physical work that requires continual standing, walking, and lifting 50 lbs.
* Ability to follow basic written and verbal instructions.
Be able to communicate clearly with managers, and kitchen staff.
* Prepare food items, ensuring consistency and compliance with the Chef's standards.
* Ability to relate to a diverse range of people with patience and understanding.
* Knowledge and understanding of maintenance and equipment/space cleaning requirements.
* Willingness to do "whatever it takes" to get the job done.
