We are looking for a Kitchen Staff member to assist in the preparation of delicious dishes in the kitchen.
Note that this role requires working on weekends.
*Responsibilities (training provided)*
* Prepare all types of sushi, including maki, inari, and spam musubi.
* Cook with a wok, deep fryer and stove top.
* Wash, cut, and grate vegetables.
* Debone and fillet chicken.
* Ensure all food ingredients are prepared in a safe and sanitary manner.
* Perform miscellaneous kitchen jobs as assigned involving dishwashing, lifting, carrying, cleaning as needed.
*Skills*
* Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks, as needed
* Attention to detail and sanitation rules
* Availability to work during weekends
* High school diploma is a plus

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
