Prep/Line Cook

We are looking for a driven, self-directed, and reliable individual to join our team! Our work environment includes: * Growth opportunities * Food provided * On-the-job training Responsibilities: Prep/Line Cook You will primarily be doing prep, inventory and cleaning.
Primary Duties include: - Butterflying Chicken - Any prep as needed - Monitor food inventory and communicate any shortages or needs - Organize, sort, label and note inventory - Maintain a clean and organized work area Other duties may include: - Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion sizes - Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines in the kitchen - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation Skills: - Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service environment preferred but not necessary - Proficient knife skills for food preparation - Knowledge of catering practices and techniques - Understanding of proper food handling procedures - Ability to work well in a fast-paced kitchen environment - Willingness to help out in other areas of the kitchen as needed Must be able to lift 50lbs without assistance.
