Job Title: Lead Custodian

Schedule: Core work hours for each shift are from: Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.

Must be flexible to work occasional day and evening hours as needed.
Compensation: Based on experience
Summary: Assists the Custodial / Project Supervisor to manage and coordinate activities of project workers engaged in cleaning and maintaining premises.
Essential Duties:
Assigns tasks to workers, and inspects completed work to ensure quality control.
Issues supplies and equipment.
Resolves workers’ problems or refers matters to supervisor.
Records employees’ hours worked and turn into supervisor.
Submits requests for repair of cleaning equipment to supervisor.
Performs duties of workers supervised and or other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining payroll, supplies, and expenses to budgeted plan.
Maintain rapport with tenants to assure customer satisfaction.
Assist the completion of all required necessary documents for work schedules, completions, and CDR responses.
Enforce safety standards procedures for all workers on project.
Communicate regularly with supervisor / project manager on status of project.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Two years work experience in custodial services involving general custodial practices, restroom sanitation, resilient floor maintenance, carpet care, cleaning chemicals.
Knowledge of and experience in working with disabled employees helpful.
Applicant selected may be subject to government security investigations and must meet eligibility requirements to access military base locations.
Valid Hawaii driver’s license and clean traffic abstract.
Access to an insured vehicle with current registration.
