Full Time - Server/Food Runner

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for quickly and accurately delivering or replenishing orders from the kitchen to the guest, event or restaurant while in compliance with OSHA standards.
May also be responsible for set up, break down and cleanup of manager's receptions.
FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver food orders and drinks to guests quickly and accurately with a warm and welcome greeting.
Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to patron spills or other special needs.
Set tables with new and clean dinnerware, napkins, linens, condiments and other items for new guests.
Supports outlets staff by setting-up and replenishing condiment stands, trash containers liners, and bus stations.
Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
Closes dining facility by cleaning chairs and tables; sweeping and/or vacuuming floors; removing trash and recyclables from the facility.
Supports management with other duties to ensure success in the overall operation of the outlet.
Enhances the hotel's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or equivalent Prior hospitality experience preferred Knowledge of English language, both verbal and written.
