POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for cleaning & sanitation of facility including office areas, warehouse, restrooms, café and exterior areas.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Essential Functions Statement(s)
Sanitation:
Clean area(s) in a manner that protects food product and consumer
Read and understand HazCom/SDS and follow it’s guidelines
Properly use PPE when required
Communicate maintenance needs &/or deficiencies to Supervisor & Maintenance Staff
Disposing of trash in assigned area(s)
Sweeping & mopping of walkways
Cleaning restrooms
Restocking supplies (hand towels, soap, etc…)
Documentation:
Fill out all sanitation check list & submit to QA weekly
Document all chemical usage on appropriate logs
3) General
a) Perform all work following Company, Federal & State policies, guidelines and laws
b) Track inventory of sanitation supplies
c) Communicate supply inventories to Purchasing Dept.
&/or request reorders of supplies
Other Functions:
Performs other related duties as assigned.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Experience: 3+ years Janitorial experience (recommended)
Food safety experience (preferred)
Manufacturing experience (preferred)
Education: High School Diploma
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills (able to find/access specific programs and follow prompts)
Language: Well-developed verbal and written English communication skills
