Employment status: Part time or Full time.
Positions: All Kitchen and Server positions.
Number if staff hiring: 20-25.
Work hours: 8:30am to 10:00pm (Flexible).
Starting wage: Server: $13.
00/hour+tip, Cook:$17.
00/hour+tip.
Rate increase and Bonus: Based on evaluation.

Server Position duties:
Greets all customers, applies suggestive selling techniques, take orders in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, garnishes, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Understand menu items and be able to explain them to customers.
Keep track of orders and ensure accuracy of all orders.
Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using point-of-sales system.
Collects payment from customers in accordance with established cash handling procedures.
Clears remaining items from tables; cleans and presets tables.
Performs cleaning, stocking, washing dishes, taking out trash duties as assigned.
Periodically assists other service personnel.
Maintain assigned section with urgency while able to multi-task and observe entire dining room
Manage and assume full responsibility of guest’s dining experience from start to finish.
Resolves guest complaints and notifies management of any complaints received.
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
Cook Position duties:
Prep food and fulfill orders to company specification, following company recipes.
Ensure consistency of food preparation and presentation.
Label, stock and restock all ingredients so they are organized and easily accessible.
Maintain a clean kitchen, including cleaning equipment, washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash, etc.
Assist with inventory management.
Receive and check food and supplies deliveries.
Ensure restaurant is clean and organized.
Comply with sanitation guidelines.
Complete daily/weekly checklists and counts.
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements:
Must be friendly and hardworking.
Must have a POSITIVE attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to multi-task, and easily adapts to change.
Experience is preferred but not required.
English/Japanese speaking preferred, but not required.
