Primary Purpose of Job
Responsible for providing excellent service and quality work in the kitchen.
Line cooks will prepare menu items from prepped ingredients, maintain consistent execution of recipes, follow standard operating procedures (SOP), and support in prep duties as necessary.
We are seeking high energy, creative culinary professionals who are passionate about food and delivering exceptional experiences to all guests.
Job Duties
Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Use kitchen utensils, knives, and equipment safely and in a responsible manner.
Work as a team and use positive communication skills at every opportunity.
Clean, stock, and maintain the Line throughout shift.
Education Requirements
High School or Equivalent
Experience Required
One (1) year of work experience in a kitchen.
Line Cooks must have knowledge of cooking techniques & procedures, kitchen equipment, and kitchen operational systems.
Line Cooks must have the ability to work and communicate well with others, work both independently and in a team, follow directions, as well as maintain a positive attitude!
