Bread Production Tech

Job Description: Well established food production facility looking for hard-working, passionate bakery team members who want an opportunity to learn new skills.
Willing to hire for attitude and train for experience! Responsibilities: Assist in finishing daily production of all breads and rolls.
Preparing all equipment to include pans, racks and machines.
Assist in panning, proofing and baking of all bread products.
Assist in scaling raw dough to specific weights and shapes.
Assist in slicing and packing of breads.
Cleaning and sanitation of work stations.
Cleaning and sanitation of work related machinery Requirements: Prior entry-level baking/kitchen experience preferred; but not mandatory, employer will train Ability to lift up to 50lbs from ground to above the head.
