(table/furniture/ decorations/shelves may not be included in private room)
Entire office suite is in an 800sf space.
You have the option to share the main lobby/waiting area to meet with patients/clients, and have them wait.
Back storage room may be negotiated depending on what you need to store.
However, behind the front desk area is reserved for use by the other practitioner and his front desk staff ONLY.
Location is in Kaimuki Business Plaza surrounded by plenty of street parking and the Kaimuki Plaza public parking lots.
This space may come with one parking spot that may be rented/negotiated based on schedule.
Ideal tenant would be a Masseuse, Acupuncturist, Chiropractor, Dietician, Therapist, Naturopath, or related field.
