I'm looking for one or more professionals to share our cozy office space in the Pali Palms Plaza with a striking view of Kailua, glimpses of the ocean, and overlooking the canal.
The office is about 300 square feet with a waiting room that's about 100 sq ft, and is air conditioned with a thermostat that we can control.
It's comfortably furnished with all new furniture including a couch with cushions, two chairs, coffee table, an electric table/desk that rises and lowers for stand-up online therapy sessions (with a yoga ball to sit on / use in between sessions), toys games and art supplies for play therapy, a microwave for heating up food and coffee/ tea, and a couch in the waiting room.
There is internet, and running water in a sink that's randomly placed in the waiting room.
All utilities are included.
I am happy to remove items on the book shelf to make room for some of your things, as well as make room on the desk for your desk supplies.
There's a key-only bathroom down the hall, and free parking below in
the garage, as well as outside.
The office will be available for you Mondays, Wednesdays, as well as weekends.
Monthly rent will be due on the 1st of the month, according to the amount of days per month you choose to occupy this space.
