Located on Kalakaua at Marriott Resorts in Waikiki.
A good Mom and Pop operation or artist co-op.
This gallery is a turn-key operation.
Rent is 2500 or 15% of gross sales.
Includes all furniture and jewelry cases, pedestals, lighting, etc.

Hours are 9-9 every day.

A new lease would have to be negotiated with Marriott but would probably to the same rent as now.
The Marriott folks want the gallery to stay because it adds a great service and local art to their hotel.
I will be out by the end of the year but you could take over anytime.
