Tyler Technologies’ Hawaii Enterprise is currently looking to hire a Product Analyst for their Honolulu, Hawaii location.
Position will be hybrid.
As our Project Analyst , you will be responsible for understanding and documenting software requirements to meet client requirements.
While working alongside Tyler's Meeting Manager team, the Project Analyst handles duties of moderate scope and complexity.

The Product Analyst is expected to produce output on time and with a high level of quality on projects which align customer needs to software enhancement.
The Product Analyst provides context to system requirements and contributes to backlog refinement.
The Product Analyst works within parameters, using pre-established systematic processes.
Impact of work may affect other projects and deadlines.
Responsibilities
Assist in creating and tracking Development Quality Operations projects.
This includes creating a project charter and space, articulating the goals of the project, and communicating to teams/project members.
Monitor project progress.
Raise up reasons if a project is not on schedule and raise/remove obstacles for the teams, with a willingness to jump in and help unblock teams and/or brainstorm mitigations.
Provide clear status updates and analyze and resolve project issues in a timely and accurate manner.
Assess potential risks and technical challenges and work with teams to develop appropriate mitigation plans.
Provide Business Value by solving partner problems to meet current and potential client needs.
Gather requirements of moderate scope and complexity from a variety of sources to support project process.
Communicate information in the form of User Stories to support user needs, program functions, test cases and steps required to develop or modify systems.
May research and analyze projects for new features based on system requirements defined by business system's owners.
Design requirements and documentation with foresight for the future maintainability and growth of the software.
Work closely with the Product Owner to manage customer enhancement requests and expectations.
May act as a liaison to clearly communicate ideas between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Embrace learning and growth to gain expertise in position.
Occasional travel required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree Computer Sciences, Management Information Science, or Business.
Equivalent work experience may substitute for degree requirement.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in software or related field, including but not limited to writing and documenting client specifications.
Knowledge and understanding of the full software development lifecycle and associated methodologies helpful.
Experience using Agile SCRUM development processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong planning and organizational skills involving the ability to manage multiple work tasks effectively.
Keen attention to detail.
Strong time management skills.
Strong written or verbal communication of technical and non-technical information.
Basic knowledge and experience with data modeling, relational databases concepts, and understanding SQL queries.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
