Shafter Bldg #683, Schofield Barrack, HI 96786 Job Requirements: Skills / Experience Required 3 + year’s work experience of lead VTC operations & Visual Information/Audio Visual operations Deliver comprehensive AV & VCT support for engaging presentations in the TAMC Kyser Conference Room, ensuring a seamless audio-visual experience.
Your role extends beyond the event itself, encompassing pre- and post-event support, which involves the meticulous opening and closing of the Kyser Conference Room at the start and end of each business day.
The scope further extends to Kyser Auditorium, where your expertise will shine in facilitating approximately 60 diverse events each month.
This includes providing off-site Public Address (PA) support for podiums, microphones, microphone stands, a mixer, amplifier, six speakers, six speaker stands, and the intricate web of support cables needed to interconnect these elements.

Deliver a comprehensive range of audio and sound products, encompassing recordings, playback, duplication, and distribution, all while meticulously adhering to copyright laws, regulations, and procedures.

Prior to each event, a meticulous test recording is conducted to ensure flawless execution.

The visual aesthetics are carefully calibrated, with colors balanced to perfection and a sharp focus on the subject, employing the rule of thirds for impeccable shot composition.

AV services often require performance of services outside of core hours Offer adept troubleshooting assistance to customers dealing with trouble tickets related to audio-visual equipment.

For solutions beyond the scope of simple troubleshooting, departments are encouraged to procure specialized services tailored to their unique needs.
Your support ensures that every customer receives tailored assistance, whether through swift resolutions or strategic recommendations for comprehensive fixes.
