Job Summary
Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is looking for an enthusiastic, well-qualified individual to fill the senior level Audio-Visual Manager - Senior position and to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals.
As the Senior Audio-Visual Manager, you'll take the helm in spearheading the planning, implementation, and management of the organization's entire audio-visual landscape.
Your role extends beyond conventional boundaries, encompassing the design and maintenance of state-of-the-art audio-visual systems, while also leading a team of AV professionals.
Collaborating seamlessly with diverse departments, you'll ensure the flawless execution of AV projects.

Shafter Bldg #683, Schofield Barrack, HI 96786 Job Requirements: Skills / Experience Required 5+ year’s work experience of lead VTC operations & Visual Information/Audio Visual operations and knowledge of AR 25-1, DA PAM 29-91, and DHA Administrative Instruction 6000.
02 Photography Expertise Demonstrate significant work experience in photography within a healthcare environment.
Defense Health Agency Video Network Center (VNC) Management: Maintain an organized directory of Defense Health Agency Video Network Center (VNC) on the MEDCOI, alternate site VTC rooms within TAMC's Infrastructure, and on the DISA Global Video System (GVS) on the NIPRNET.
VTC Scheduling and Coordination: Provide seamless VTC scheduling, coordination, troubleshooting, and presentation.
Install equipment when required and perform operational tests, averaging 16-20 VTC sessions per month.
Equipment Management Conduct equipment surveys for all TAMC VTC equipment and update the TAMC VTC directory.
Ensure VTC software compliance with Information Assurance Vulnerability Assessments.
Coordinate with departments to ensure VTC firmware maintenance agreements are current.
Technical Support Troubleshoot VTC issues, aid clinics and departments, and maintain standard operating procedures documentation.
Utilize DOD SAFE for secure file transfer and coordinate/manage VTC sessions in the IMD VTC suites.
AV and VTC Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all AV and VTC equipment is in serviceable condition.
Recommend action plans for unserviceable or uneconomical-to-repair equipment.
Customer Support Assist Information Center customers in using MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel with digital photos, color printers, and scanners.
Provide support for large file transfers using DOD SAFE.
Prepare, safeguard, and affix captions to all imagery products following established regulations.
Audio-Visual Services Prepare and support presentations in Kyser Auditorium, including sound support.
Maintain Kyser Auditorium AV equipment and diagnose/troubleshoot failures, collaborating with manufacturers/vendors.
VI Hardware, Software, and VTC Equipment Operation: Operate a multitude of VI hardware, software, and VTC equipment.
Support various systems, including computers with Windows and Mac OS, Adobe Creative Cloud, Final Cut Pro X, and more.
CCTV Management Responsible for the closed-circuit television (CCTV) signal until it leaves the distribution system.
Monitor video and audio levels following industry standards and guidelines.
Video Production Services Provide pre-production, production, and post-production services for medical and non-medical events.
Perform digital video recording and digital editing services, often outside core hours due to event scheduling.
Media File Management Upload and manage shared network storage space for video and image files.
Utilize DOD SAFE for secure file transfers.
CCTV Programming Create and manage CCTV playlists.
Monitor audio and video CCTV programming daily and remove expired content.
Documentation Create and maintain standard operation procedures documentation for various tasks and responsibilities.
