Executive Logistics Specialist *Job Description Overview* Ohana Beverage Company drivers and warehouseman have an imperative role to the success of our business.
The loading, transporting and delivering of product successfully is of the utmost importance.
Our drivers are expected to safeguard and deliver company products, interact with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Through documentation and communication, the driving team will ensure product inventory is accurate.
Professionalism, accuracy and consistent communication is expected while completing the responsibilities of the position.
*Roles and Responsibilities* · Responsible for pulling product, inventory management, and staging warehouse transfers.
· Ensure orders are correct before loading the delivery vehicle.
· Plan delivery route based on location and delivery instructions/delivery window.
· Load, transport and deliver company product to customers in a safe and timely manner.
· Protect products by loading properly and safely to ensure successful transport.
· Daily Inspection of equipment and vehicle.
· Have customer review order upon delivery and receive signature.
· If products are rejected, make the change on the invoice and submit to the office/customer.
· Accept payments.
Notify office they have been received and turn payment in after shift.
· Trucks to be cleared at the end of each day.
No garbage or products should remain in truck.
*Schedule and Paid Time Off* Normal Schedule Tuesday – Friday: 7:00 am until route completed.
Paid Holidays - New Year’s Day - Independence Day - Thanksgiving - Christmas Day - MLK and Veteran’s Day Peak Season During our Peak Season (Oct-Dec) There may be opportunity for OT.
Please communicate with the office if you are interested in additional days.
Time Off During Shift - Arrive ready to work.
- Lunch breaks are to be taken at driver’s discretion but should not exceed 30 minutes.
- Drivers to manage their driving and physical labor.
If feeling ill or fatigued, communicate immediately with manager/office.
*Performance Reviews and Feedback* · Manager will periodically check in for feedback on route and experience from driver.
· Drivers will receive an annual review in January.
· At manager’s discretion to handle performance management issues throughout the year.

- Provide excellent customer service - Driver Uniform: Ohana T-Shirt, Long sleeve Shirt or Jacket with non-ripped shorts or pants.
Driving and Delivery - Follow all state and national driving laws, rules, regulations.
- Deliver product according to customers instructions.
- Be aware of height, width and weight restrictions for your vehicle.
- If accident occurs on the road or at a business it must be reported to the office as soon as possible.
- Failure to report accidents will result in termination.
Product Breakage - Report immediately to office and the responsible sales rep.
- Breakage allowance – Laid In cost up to $100 / month.
- Return salvageable bottles to warehouse.
Discard broken inventory in warehouse dumpster.
- Communicate qty of salvaged inventory to office for samples.
- Failure to report breakage will result in termination.
- Anything over $100 will be deducted from paycheck.
Driver’s mistakes to orders - Report immediately to office and the responsible sales rep.
- Office will indicate if issue is to be corrected that day or following day.
- Failure to report mistake will result in termination.
- Driver will not be paid for travel time to correct error.
Accepting Payments from customers - Ask customer to reference invoice number on the check.
- Notify office about collected check.
- Place all collected checks in the company mailbox at the end of shift.

- Take back returned inventory.
Return to warehouse after shift.
- Make adjustment on invoice for reasoning.
(incorrect item, didn’t order, not needed, damaged).
- Receive signature for modified invoice.
Delivery when establishment is closed - Report immediately to office and the responsible sales rep.
- Call establishment / contact number to try to coordinate with owner.
- Store products onsite only If there is a secure location where product can remain hidden and safe from weather elements.
- If leaving product without a signature, take a picture of where you left product and send documentation to office, sales rep and if possible, business owner.
- Failure to report or secure product will result in termination.
Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance - Provides daily inspection of equipment and vehicle; report issues to office.
- Respects Ohana property.
- Returns tablets to charger at the end of the shift.
- Clear vehicle at end of shift.
Return product to the warehouse – Under stairs to be restocked following day.
- Repeat issues of breakage/damage to company equipment will be reviewed on a case by case basis and may result in docked pay.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.
00 - $54,000.
