*Job Summary*: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring smooth operations of our office.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
*Responsibilities*: - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for attorneys - Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and filing on JEFS (online filing system) - Manage incoming and outgoing mail - Assist with organizing meetings and preparing meeting materials (such as oral depositions and meetings with experts) - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Provide administrative support to real estate department, as needed *Qualifications*: - Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred but not required - WILLING TO TRAIN! - Proficient in using office software applications (e.
