org* *Kaimuki Christian Church is seeking a Lead Pastor* Kaimuki Christian Church’s mission is to glorify God by making disciples who love God passionately and their neighbors as themselves.
We are guided by a vision to live and love like Jesus through Biblical living, intentional community, and relational outreach.
At this point in KCC’s 100-year history, we are seeking a new Lead Pastor.
We believe that God is preparing a servant leader who will care for our flock and inspire us to fulfill our mission.
*A Glimpse of Our Church* Kaimuki Christian Church, a non-denominational church rooted in the Restoration Movement, holds firm to the belief that the Bible is our ultimate source of authority, with a particular emphasis on the New Testament (2 Tim.
3:16).
We are strong proponents for the unity of the church which Jesus proclaimed will “let the world know that you [the Father] sent me and have loved them [his followers].
We truly live out Jesus’ commandment that his followers “love one another,” a visible testimony to everyone that we are his disciples.
(John 13:34-35) KCC was founded in 1923 and is located on the Hawaiian island of Oahu.
Our multigenerational church currently has 435 members.
With an average in-person attendance of 341 during weekend services, plus 97 children and youth, we have worship services on Fridays at 7 PM and Sundays at 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM, both in-person and online.
Our church is dedicated to serving our community through various ministries.
KCC’s campus includes Kaimuki Christian School.
KCS honors God by providing a well-rounded quality education from a Christian perspective for the purpose of developing each student to his/her God-intended potential.
Current enrollment is 320 students from Preschool through 12th grade.
