Responsibilities: *Strategic Management:* ● Cultivate a strategic team environment for exceptional guest service ● Assist in the onboarding process and staff development ● Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures ● Schedule management meetings to maximize guest experience Financial Management: ● Manage cost of sales and troubleshoot variances ● Secure storage and cash handling areas ● Continuously improve operational costs ● Set store goals by period Guest Experience: ● Deliver the best experience through food, service, and atmosphere ● Monitor service cycles and operational standards ● Ensure a well-maintained, safe, and sanitary environment ● Proactively manage guest issues for a positive experience Day-to-Day Operations (Hostess/Server): ● Email communication and phone management ● Menu preparation and changes ● Reservation management and communication with chefs ● Maintenance of ambiance and cleanliness ● Problem resolution and proactive guest management ● Handling tips and ensuring equal distribution Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.
