Qualifications:
* PATCH Registered and all DHS requirements met or able to complete the same.
* Experience working with children between the ages of 2-5 or infants to 30 months.
* Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
* Compassionate communication skills to interact with parents, children, and other staff members.
* Ability to create and implement lesson plans and educational activities
* Patience and compassion to work with children who may have different personalities and needs
* Understanding of health and safety regulations and the ability to maintain a safe environment for children
* Flexibility and adaptability to handle unexpected situations and changes in schedule
* CPR and first aid certification (or willingness to obtain certification)
* Positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with children
