We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Spa/Medical Office Operations Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our spa.
Job Overview: As the Medical Spa Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our spa facility.
This includes managing a team of 15 dedicated staff members, ensuring exceptional patient experiences, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling medical spas or medical offices, strong leadership skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects with precision and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership and Team Management:Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of 15 employees, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Develop and implement staff growth and development programs to enhance team performance and professional development.
* Operational Excellence:Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the medical spa, maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency.
Juggle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
* Strategic Planning and Growth:Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans for the spa's growth and expansion.
Drive marketing initiatives to increase patient acquisition and retention, utilizing market research and data analysis.
* Financial Management:Oversee the financial aspects of the spa, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
Maximize revenue by optimizing pricing strategies and cost management.
* Metrics Management:Develop and maintain a comprehensive dashboard of key performance metrics to track the spa's success.
Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve operations.
* Patient Experience:Ensure an exceptional patient experience by maintaining high-quality service standards.
Address patient concerns and feedback promptly, working to resolve issues and enhance satisfaction.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in building and scaling medical spas or medical offices.
* Strong leadership skills with a focus on leading by example rather than just managing.
* Exceptional organizational abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently.
* Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, growth, and marketing within the healthcare or aesthetics industry.
