Manager

```Duties``` - Oversee daily operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow - Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed - Coordinate and schedule staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage - Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as necessary - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of services - Plan and organize special events as required - Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically - Knowledge of food service and catering operations - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members - Proficient in using computer software for scheduling, inventory management, and reporting Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
