*Position Summary / Primary Purpose* Lead the Accel field team and technicians responsible for executing events and jobs at client locations in accordance with SOPs and services standards.
Responsible for working collaboratively to ensure quality, service accuracy and timeliness of the inventory delivery and set-up and logistics.
Work closely with Load Master and Accel Warehouse team to confirm items and job sites for the warehouse are accurate.
Mentor, coach and develop service standard training new Event Production Drivers and Event Production Crew.
Promote engagement and dedication to meeting client expectations and Accel service standards.
Be the main point of contact for the client upon arrival of event and for set and strike, ensuring every client is receiving optimal services with their Accel experience.
*Essential Functions* 1.
Embody and lead teams in accordance with Accel’s Core Values, as described below.

Execute client communication, site visits, confirming inventory and relaying any onsite order changes in a timely manner to Sales and Warehouse.
3.
Participate in weekly job meetings, and relay service needs and requirements needed for any in depth pre-event meetings, as required.
4.
Contribute to the advance planning of upcoming orders and special projects, strategically managing resources to meet deadlines and execute to timely completion.
5.
Participate in sourcing or purchasing any required job supplies or subrentals.
6.
Lead on-site production team to serve as the last line of defense in ensuring only clean, high quality, fully-operational inventory leaves the warehouse for client events.
7.
Responsible for leading a crew to ensure Accel equipment is constructed and set at event sites according to company SOPs, and in alignment with customer specifications.
8.
Act as client liaison whilst on site, ensuring event set and strike meet client expectations.
9.
Identify inventory repairs or challenges, supporting preventative maintenance strategies.
10.
Maintain proactive and effective communication with Event Production drivers, Event Production Crew, warehouse team, sales and leadership, to ensure customer satisfaction for events.
11.
Relentlessly seek solutions for issues affecting company products, event logistics, and or other challenges impacting client experience and/or seamless event execution.
12.
Accountable for ensuring Accel’s software and tracking systems are used consistently throughout the course of all orders, to maintain accuracy and support metric analysis.
13.
Report and document back to leadership and/or sales any challenges with order-related activity, including customer disputes/notes, or any damage to vehicle, venue or product.
14.
Other activities as required, including support of company moves, auctions, facilities and fleet maintenance support.
*Equipment Operated* * Certified OSHA approved forklift operation training available * Small engine/yard equipment *Job Specifications* _*Minimum qualifications:*_ * *Education:* High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience - 3 years * *License:* Valid Driver’s License Required or State issued ID card * *Certification’s requirements:* ARA preferred * *Required Software Program: Microsoft Office* *Communication Skills Required*: Written/verbal communication skills *Experience Required* * Minimum 5 years work experience in an event production environment managing goods, inventory, and warehouse equipment.
* A minimum of 5 years customer service experience.
* Able to demonstrate clear communication, multi-tasking, and execution of complex instructions under tight deadlines.
* Able to demonstrate diligence and proactive results driven work ethic.
* Demonstrated experience in inventory repair and maintenance, such as with tents, chairs, and other event products.
*Physical Requirements* For onsite purposes, an Event Production Supervisor must be able to lift/carry at least 50 lbs.

*Work Environment* * This position regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend duties.
* This position primarily operates in a warehouse and outdoor environment.
* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.
