*Position Summary / Primary Purpose* The Warehouse Supervisor acts as the second in command to the Warehouse Manager.
They assist in all aspects of the warehouse, including the direction of supervisors and staff, in an effective and efficient manner that leads to 98% (or higher) accurate and on-time deliveries to our clients.
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
They will manage and track the picking up and return of Will Call orders.
Track warehouse supplies and notify Warehouse Manager on when items need to be replenished.
Manage/Track and schedule broken equipment repairs.
They proactively inspect Accel’s inventory and product, repair and maintain Accel’s inventory to meet quality, safety, and environmental standards.
They are responsible for overseeing adherence to proper warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and safety protocol.
*Essential Functions* 1.
Lead teams by example in accordance with Accel’s Core Values as described below.

Lead efforts to maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse environment, proactively seeking opportunities for better systems and processes for implementation.
3.
Manage the pick-up and return of Will Call orders.
Accurately record and track missing and or damaged inventory from counts.
4.
Full accountability for ensuring truck load accuracy and quality of product by monitoring the warehouse team’s pull, providing consistent feedback and regular spot-checks.
5.
Manage/Track and schedule broken equipment repairs.
6.
Maintain a culture of pride in product by setting standards for packing inventory to and from jobs.
Promote a culture of inventory care through regular coaching of product preservation, and crew training in specific damage prevention.
Ensure the team’s access to appropriate equipment for wrapping and protecting inventory.
7.
Track warehouse supplies and notify Warehouse Manager on when items need to be replenished.
8.
Create and/or follow a general warehouse cleaning schedule, security, utilities, and facilities repair.
9.
Implement and ensure OSHA safety and regulatory requirements are compliant.
10.
Support procurement planning, sourcing, and purchasing.
11.
Train, schedule and lead a warehouse team to achieve standards of excellence for the warehouse, through high-standard recruitment practices, thoughtful training plans, ongoing coaching, daily pre-shifts, performance appraisals and regular team meetings.
12.
Maintain active and effective communication with executives, supervisors, and associates to ensure product inventory is proactively managed.

* Ability to demonstrate clear communication, multi-tasking, and execution of complex instructions under tight deadlines.
* Ability to demonstrate diligence and proactive results driven work ethic.
* Demonstrated experience in inventory repair and maintenance, such as with tents, chairs, and other event products.
*Physical Requirements* For onsite purposes, a Warehouse Associate must be able to lift/carry at least 50 lbs.

*Work Environment* * This position regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend duties.
* This position primarily operates in a warehouse environment (95%) with limited time spent in field operations (for brief delivery purposes, pick-ups of product at retailers, etc.

* This position routinely operates vehicles and warehouse equipment.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.
The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.
