The Opportunity: The Sr.
Manager of Data Analysis is responsible for managing the Data Analysis team, delivering reporting and analytics throughout the company, maintaining a high-performing data management framework, and developing a data-driven culture across AlohaCare.
The Sr.
Manager of Data Analysis will work closely with business stakeholders and IS teams to develop KPI's as well as analytical solutions to support strategy and decision making.
The Sr.
Manager of Data Analysis is also responsible for oversight of all deliverables for the business unit (e.
g.
, project charters, workplans, etc.
) to help ensure the managed units meet the AlohaCare IS standards.
The Sr.
Manager of Data Analysis will focus on oversight of all deliverables, template creation, project guidelines, and quality checklists to help ensure the managed units meet the AlohaCare IS standards.
The Sr.
Manager of Data Analysis will also partner with the Chief Information Officer and Sr.
Director of Business Support Services to review and approve all new projects and process enhancements requested by business stakeholders.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: • Daily management of the Data Analysts and Business Solution Architects whose responsibility is to work on reporting, data analysis, development of predictive models, and management of the analytical systems, including business intelligence solutions and the enterprise data warehouse (EDW) • Mentor Data Analysis team members to prioritize and resolve issues as well as continue their professional development · Will be responsible for defining career paths for staff, creation of job descriptions, defining essential skills, and establishing a training curriculum for professional development.
• Collaborate in the definition of dashboard, predictive analytics, and reporting solutions • Participate in planning and project meetings within each area and ensure the requirements of the business stakeholders, customers, and partners are thoroughly and completely represented · Manages and adjusts project timelines when necessary and takes lead on the enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
• Ensure all managed areas work in tandem to adhere to high quality standards and meet regulatory expectations • Track and report project goals and timelines • Identify project and resource issues to provide solutions • Escalate issues to Sr.
Director of BSS to avoid project delays · Other duties as assigned by Senior IT Management and/or CIO Responsible to maintain AlohaCare’s confidential information in accordance with AlohaCare policies, and state and federal laws, rules and regulations regarding confidentiality.
