Restaurant Supervisor

Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Supervise and train restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to employees.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
Skills: - Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in food handling and safety procedures.
- Experience in bartending and creating specialty cocktails is a plus.
- Familiarity with banquet operations for hosting events and parties.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is desirable.
- Previous experience in restaurant management or as an assistant manager is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
