*Job Title: Retail Assistant Manager/Sales Associate for Lexbreezy Hawai'i*
We are seeking a Retail Assistant Manager who will assist the Store Manager in the overall daily operations of the store.

Offering a starting wage of $17 hourly depending on experience Lexbreezy Hawai'i seeks a part-time sales associate who will grow with the company.
*Sales Associate Duties & Responsibilities*
Achieve the store’s sales and profit budgets through consistent sales motivation and expense control.
* Achieve personal sales goals.
* Develop a selling culture in the store.
* Model exemplary selling techniques and customer service.
* Support the Store or General Manager in achieving the store’s payroll budget goals through effective staffing and sales productivity.
* Assist in recruiting, training, supervising, and retaining store staff.
* Monitor weekly schedule maximizing talent, payroll and store coverage.
* Assist in the training of store associates in all aspects of their job responsibilities including customer service, clientele, company history, product knowledge, visual merchandising and basic store operations.
* Motivate team to encourage positive work environment fostering friendly and service-oriented atmosphere.
* Maintain adequate sales floor coverage.
* Ensure that all product presentation is maintained to company standards.
* Ensure that product transfers, receiving, customer repairs are accounted for with accuracy.
* Ensure that all visual and merchandising directives are implemented according to company standards.
* Analyze product sales performance and inventory needs and communicate to supervisor and retail team.
* Prepare and send nightly business recap.
* Maintain responsibility of the store and all its parts when the General Manager is not in the store.
*What we’re looking for:*
* Superior customer service skills, and demonstrated ability to diffuse heated conversations
* Excellent judgment, ability to make quick decisions when necessary and willingness to obtain leadership approval when necessary.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment
* At least 1 year experience in a gas station or retail environment
* At least 1 year experience operating in a supervising capacity
* High school diploma or equivalent*Required Skills*
