Construction Manager

*Job Description* - Work with the Principal Architect in the management of construction projects which may incorporate both United States and Japanese construction criteria and building standards.
- Responsible for leading design teams during the construction phase (includes reviewing design documents in both English and Japanese).
- Able to supervise field staff and collaborate with construction contractors, engineers, architects, and other construction professionals in both the US and Japan to implement project requirements including facilitating project team meetings, problem resolution management, overseeing time and budget allowances to ensure successful completion of project, and project close-outs.
- May involve travel to Japan.
*Minimum Qualifications* - Bachelor’s degree in architecture - 10 yrs.
prior experience in construction management - English and Japanese fluency (written and verbal) required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $137,000.
