*FUNDAMENTAL JOB TASKS*
* Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure quality and accuracy of all materials
* Responsible for Learning Management Systems configuration & administration
* Point of contact for Field to troubleshoot and answer questions-coordinating with IT Support, General Office, Marketing, and HRIS as needed
* Uses multimedia skills to develop, design and update new and current learning materials drive organizational learning and results: Videos, Elearning modules, Workbooks, Instructor Guides and Job aides
* Uploads content, manages learning pathways, runs reports, and enrolls mandatory training
* Work with video production and graphic sources to produce final versions of course materials
* Provides support to evaluate, analyze and report on training effectiveness
* Track program evaluations and test results
* Clearly communicates project status
* Coordinate with 3rd party vendors as needed

*EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:*
* Graduate with a Bachelors degree from a University or College
* Experience with software design tools such as
* Articulate Suite
* Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
* Other similar design software
* Experience building online and in-person courses for adult learners from the basic and fundamentals
* Experience writing video scripts and video production
* Experience with multimedia production is _highly preferred_
* Ability to work under minimal supervision and in stressful situations
* Ability to handle confidential information
* Team player
