*Primary Purpose:* Ensure efficient and effective management and implementation of PIDF programs by providing coaching, consultation, strategic direction, and continuous improvement.
*Essential Duties:* * Provide supervision and management guidance for assigned Project Directors; * Regularly monitor and support the work of assigned programs regarding compliance, budgets, financial management, data, and human resource issues, and proactively address areas of concern; * Monitor, analyze, and report program data to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement; * Create operational and organizational processes (policies and procedures, tools and protocols, guidelines and reporting) to deliver quality programs in alignment with PIDF’s overall policies, procedures and approaches; * Curate external partnerships to support and expand the impact and sustainability of programs; * Participate in the grant development and reporting processes; * Lead and support special project work as directed; * Attend Foundation meetings and serve on various Foundation and program committees as directed; * Keep the VP of Operations informed and updated on areas of concern, and developments and trends within assigned programs and outside the Foundation that affect these programs.
*Other Duties:* * Act as interim Project Director (PD) for any assigned PD vacancies to ensure continuity of the project; * Other special projects and duties as needed or assigned.
*Work Hours:* * Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.
m.
to 4:30 p.
m.
; or otherwise determined by the supervisor; * Position requires regular and predictable attendance; * Some evenings or weekends may be required.
*Working Conditions:* * Home setting that includes a designated area that is free from distractions and conducive for telework arrangement; * Work at administrative office and attend events or meetings at various sites, may also include hybrid remote work; * Occasional travel to the neighbor islands and the Continental U.

Set high standards of shared performance for self and others; * Actively demonstrate a commitment to support equity and inclusion, and serve as an advocate for colleagues, partners, and communities; * Ensure work is thoughtfully completed, accurate, and error-free to the highest degree possible.
Physical: * Must be able to work on the computer for majority of work day; * Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.

Communication: * Must exhibit courteous and professional demeanor; project open, warm, and positive communication (written and oral) towards program participants, staff and administration via verbal, written, physical, and electronic correspondence; * Responds effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints; * Requires excellent oral and written communication skills; * Must be able to handle and maintain confidential information.
*Minimum Qualification Requirements:* *Required:* * Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, human services, or related field; * A minimum of five (5) years of managerial experience including supervision of managers and supervisors; * Must have high speed internet and phone connection; * Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; * Must have access to a vehicle, have a valid driver’s license, a safe and responsible driving record, and current no-fault auto insurance, with at least $100K in bodily injury liability per person and $25K in property damage liability; * Experienced in grant management, grant writing, and strong writing skills.
Preferred: * Master’s Degree in management, business administration, human services, or related field; * Background in business/management strongly; * Demonstrated success in the areas of program development, community building, and non-profit work highly desirable; * Past experience working with Native Hawaiian community, managing federal grants, working in a fast-paced community organization work environment.
