Seeking an experienced General Manager for a 360-unit condominium in Waikiki.
Applicant must be a motivated team player with prior experience in condominium management.
Candidate must possess experience in the field, including strong administrative, supervisory, verbal and written communication skills.
Duties include, but are not limited to, the oversight of the day-to-day functions of the property, property maintenance, supervision of maintenance, security, & admin staff, oversight of service vendors, interfacing with residents and guests, and assisting with rules enforcement.
Must be willing to be on call 24/7 and handle emergency situations.
Must have general knowledge of electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems, and be able to communicate effectively and professionally with a multitude of people.
Computer skills are a must.
