Competitive starting salary at $70,000 for the General Manager position with potential increases based on company revenue growth.
The compensation during training will be at an hourly rate equivalent to the annual starting salary ($33.
65/hour).

* Operational Leadership

* Multi-Concept Management
* Ensure consistency in service, product quality, and brand standards for each concept
* Team Management
* Recruit, train, and manage teams for Mini Monster and 206 BCE
* Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
* Create weekly schedules posted two weeks in advance
* Customer Experience
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service
* Maintain high quality control standards to ensure the excellence of our products
* Inventory Management
* Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor product quality
* Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement
* Financial Management
* Focus on weekly monitoring of our labor costs to maintain optimal KPIs

* Proven experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry
* Strong leadership and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
