Shorefyre is looking for a Restaurant Manager in Waikiki! We are a locally owned restaurant/bar/night club and are looking for a strong leader to join our team.
Open availability is required with late nights being a part of the schedule.

Duties:
- Run shifts as the Manager on Duty in charge of all restaurant staff
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of quality and sanitation
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members to ensure efficient operations and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement - Take full responsibility for scheduling, staffing, and enforcing SOP's in assigned area of responsibility
Reports directly to: General Manager (AGM in GM's absence).
Requirements:
-Willingness to take on new projects as they evolve
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, guests, and musicians
- Knowledge of FOH and BOH operations
- Proficient in using POS software systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred
