Hours: 40 to 50 hours/ week
Working days 4-5 weekdays and 1 weekend
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Organizes and oversees the staff schedules.
* Orient, motivate, train, and educate all staff on restaurant policies, procedures, and rules.
* Handles evaluation, discipline, and termination of employees in accordance with policy.
* Oversee the daily operations including daily decision-making and planning while upholding POKE BAR standards, product quality, and cleanliness.
* Oversee and ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
* Responsible for daily inventory and ordering supply and maintenance.
* Periodically, conduct employees evaluations
* Report and maintained daily opening and closing reports and detailed operation reports.
* Prepare and submit an operational report and other documentation when requested.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
* Ensuring and filing all company-related documentation.
* Able to perform team leadership during the operation
* Able to communicate for Both FOH & BOH and also the head office.
* Oversee/schedule all FOH/BOH employees' attendance and monitor over time.
* Maintain restaurant quality following Poke Bar standards.
* Check all ready products by following the quality standard
