We are looking for a Full Time Manager at our extremely popular and award winning restaurant, The Signature Prime Steak & Seafood.
\* $72,000.
00 to start, 5 days a week.
\* Looking for an individual with a keen eye on the appearance of the restaurant.
\* Able to identify areas of concern.
\* Highly organized.
\* Able to assist Co-Management with situations that may arise in different areas of the restaurant.
\* Must be able to walk throughout the duration of shift.
\* Assisting staff members to include but not limited to beverage service and staff operations.
\* Minimum 5 years experience in the Restaurant/Hospitality industry, dealing with both FOH/BOH operations.
We will train you in our procedures to promote your growth within our company.
\* Must be able to work harmoniously with guests, employees and the General Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests in a fine dining setting
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages to guests with attention to detail and presentation
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Set up and break down dining areas for events, banquets, and catering functions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service techniques, including wine pairing and cocktail mixing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be at least 18 years old
