The Store Manager will lead all team members in the efficient and profitable operation of a The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf store.
Responsible for managing the day-to-day store operations, maintaining high store standards and conditions, and fostering a positive environment, which provides consistent fast, efficient, and friendly service ensuring a Total Quality Experience for both our customers and team members.
Manages and oversee the operations of the store.
Responsible for the training, scheduling, hiring and disciplinary of the department’s employees.
Ensures department and its employees are providing exceptional service, upholding customer satisfaction and maintaining quality of product.
*Skills*
* Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
* Computer literacy, Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Program, Word, Outlook, Excel etc.
* Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
* Requires high organization and great attention to detail
* Performs with a “sense of urgency” and possesses a positive attitude
*Education & Experience*
* High School Diploma or GED required
* Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
* Minimum three (3) year retail managerial experience required
* Minimum of one (1) year customer service experience preferred
*Physical Requirements*
* Use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear
* Regularly required to handle food, hot beverages, and work with sharp objects
* Frequent standing and walk for long periods of time, approximately 90% of shift
* Ability to bend over and kneel frequently
* Must frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds; occasionally carry up to 25 pounds
* Required to work in cold temperatures for long periods of time
