Responsibilities: *WEEKENDS OFF!*
- Assist the regonal manager in overseeing all aspects of multiple units in the fleet store
Base pay of 42,000.
00 to 50,000.
00 pluse possibel bonus of 15,000.
00 to equal total pay.
- Coordinate and manage both units , ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Supervise and train staff members in areas and food production
- Maintain high standards of service quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with employees and other managers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an assistant manager or in a similar supervisory role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of banquet operations, coffee service, catering, bartending, and food production
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and customers
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Flexibility to work evenings, mornings and you get WEEKENDS OFF!
