Bar Manager

```Duties``` - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service - Manage and train bar staff, including bartenders and servers - Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service - Create and update drink menus, ensuring a diverse selection of beverages - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with sales, and kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service - Adhere to all health and safety regulations ```Experience``` - Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role - Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional hospitality - Knowledge of food service operations, including bartending techniques and drink recipes - Familiarity with inventory control procedures to manage stock levels effectively - Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions - Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for the food industry, a strong background in bar management, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
