*Responsibilities:*
* Oversee and supervise the team members during your shift, providing guidance, support, and direction as needed.
* Ensure that all tasks and responsibilities are completed efficiently and accurately, including food preparation, customer service, and cleaning duties.
* Open or close the restaurant as scheduled, following proper procedures for setting up or closing down equipment, securing the premises, and completing necessary paperwork.
* Assist in training new team members and ensure that all staff members adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.
* Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner, striving to provide excellent customer service at all times.
* Perform cash handling duties, including counting cash drawers, reconciling sales transactions, and preparing bank deposits.
* Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
*Requirements:*
* Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
* Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
